What Data We Collect
AllTime stores the following information locally on your device:
- Task names and colors you create
- Focus session durations and timestamps
- Break time durations
- App preferences (theme, screen wake settings)
- Statistical summaries of your productivity
Data Storage and Security
AllTime is designed with privacy by design principles. All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not collect, access, or have any visibility into your personal information.
Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud synchronization through your device settings.
iCloud Synchronization
If you choose to enable iCloud sync in your device settings, your AllTime data will be securely synchronized across all your devices signed into the same Apple ID. This synchronization is handled entirely by Apple's CloudKit service with end-to-end encryption.
We do not have access to your iCloud data. Apple controls the encryption, transmission, and storage of your synchronized information.
Data Usage and Sharing
Your focus session data and task information are used exclusively to provide app functionality including timer operations, progress tracking, and productivity statistics. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your data to any third parties.
Device Permissions
AllTime may request the following permissions to enhance your experience:
- Haptic feedback: To provide tactile feedback during timer interactions
- Background refresh: To maintain timer accuracy when app is backgrounded
These permissions are optional and do not affect core app functionality.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains on your device until you choose to delete it or uninstall the app. You can delete individual tasks and sessions within the app, or delete all data by uninstalling AllTime from your device.
